Quirk's Note:  I drink all of my electrolyte powders in my 18oz Takeya Water Bottle. 18oz water to one packet of powder seems to be the perfect ratio for my tastebuds.

This one packs more punch than Liquid IV in both electrolytes and salty flavor.  If you are already drinking electrolyte supplements, then the saltiness will not be a surprise.  They have 2 levels: Workout Hydration and Weekend Recovery. 

Quirk's Note: I use the Blueberry Weekend Recovery as a booster when my POTS symptoms are really intense. Sometimes I'll even mix it with a Liquid IV because maybe I am impervious to salt.

Named after the IV concoction that started it all, this powder is not does not play.  It has the highest vitamin payoff by far.  The flavor is our least favorite of those listed, but is sometimes worth it for the vitamin density. You can get a variety pack to find the flavor you prefer.

Tablets instead of a powder.  These come in both swallow pills and chewable for quick absorption. The chewable comes in a ton of flavors.  We have been using these for years, since when they only had orange and peach, so we haven't tried the new flavors.  Peach is our current favorite.

Quirk's Note: If you are like my daughter and had rather not "pollute" your water with electrolyte powder, these tablets may work better for you. She carries a bottle of the chewables with her water bottle.

These one is for people that love energy drinks or want something sweeter than most electrolyte drink powders.
